Excellent artisan bakery with plenty of tables for eating in. Perfect for lunch, coffee and afternoon tea. Background music was very slightly intrusive, but otherwise this is a beautiful refectory in a stunning location. The ancient cathedral library next door is also worth a peek.

We went here for coffee and pastries. What a fabulous place! Not only were the pastries and coffee excellent, the modern building is stunning. Get there early for the best choice of fresh pastries.

I visited The Refectory for a meal after exploring the beautiful cathedral. My experience was fantastic smiling staff, quiet clean surrounding and wonderful food. I ordered the aromatic duck salad and some walnut carrot cake and coffee. I left happy! Thank you so much. I will be back when in Norwich!
